Many ocular allergy signs are described in the literature.  However, we have seen a common sign not mentioned that we call allergic pigmentation. This can be strong in the early phases but slowly disappears, leaving a discrete remaining form allowing suspicion of a past or still present ocular allergy and even nasal allergies. It can help us diagnose easier, surprising some nonsymptomatic patients, and find cases of KC not detected by normal screening.
