Over 20,000 corneal inlays for presbyopia have been implanted worldwide. Patients with presbyopia are at risk for developing cataracts due to their age. Some patients who have been successfully implanted with corneal inlays for presbyopia will require cataract surgery.  On occasion, an IOL exchange for power wil be an appropriate intervention after cataract surgery. Video demonstrates an uneventful cataract surgery followed by a successful IOL exchange for power adjustment in the same eye.
