Endophthalmitis, a potentially severe complication, must be avoided. We perform an innovative method, BC flushing, that is based on medical evidence and physiological theories. We believe it is one of the best means of preventing endophthalmitis. We wish to propose BC Ffushing as a strategy for achieving a zero endophthalmitis rate.
