Purpose
To evaluate the corneal Wavefront Treatment with the AMARIS Schwind Excimner Laser and the Optikron Keraton Scout Topography
Methods
All the patients who needed retreatment and were unhappy with night quality vision were evaluated with Occular Wavefront Kearton Scout Topography System.
Six eyes were individually refracted. Some which needed retreatment were operated few years back on MEL 70 -2 m.m. Gausean Beam and other two eyes were operated on ESIRIS Schwind Excimer Laser.
All the six eye’s Pre-operative Topography was studied. Corneal Wavefront Treatment was done and Post-operative Topography was evaluated to see and study the application of the corneal wavefront.
Results
It is fantastic link between the Keraton Scout and the AMARIS Schwind Excimer Laser with great patient satisfaction and good night quality vision.
Conclusion
In reality the Corneal Wavefront exists. It is a great tool for better quality vision and great patient satisfaction.
