Endophthalmitis is a rare complication in intravitreal treatment with anti-VEGF agents. Video presents a case series of 14 eyes (12 patients from northern Iraq) that developed severe endophthalmitis after intravitreal counterfeit bevacizumab injection in Turkey. Eleven eyes had to be enucleated and 3 eyes underwent pars plana vitrectomy in our institution.
