Singular case of endothelial keratoplasty. We perform endothelial keratoplasty in a patient with bullous pseudophakic keratopathy who developed TASS 3 years earlier. Pre-cut tissue was obtained from the Eyebank of North Carolina. The DSAEK technique used. Stripping was performed and becasue of resistance, 10 minutes were needed to complete the extraction of Descemet membrane. In conclusion, a few cases of endothelial keratoplasty require a lot more work before the donor graft can be inserted.
