Video presents our current approach to endothelial transplantation using a cohort of more than 60 patients with endothelial failure to create a step-by-step tutorial on DMEK surgery. Emphasis will be placed on tips and tricks for donor preparation, insertion, unfolding and graft fixation, including what to avoid early on in the learning curve and the management of unexpected scenarios.
