Purpose
FABITOME Phaco procedure is a simplified technique designed to achieve repeatable Phaco Surgical result with accurate dimensions in making the Clear corneal incisions,  measured Capsularhexis with needle or forceps and a Caliberated depth of penetration into the nucleus with aid of visual feedbacks through marked Surgical instruments.

Methods
Blades for the MICS incisions are pre caliberated with 2 markings, 1st mark guides creating predictable hypersquare Corneal valve for Phacoemulsification and its further extension to the 2nd mark for Micro IOL implantation. 4 different radius reference marked anteriorly on a rhexis forceps and 24G needle from 2mm to 3mm will radially guide to accomplish a measured Capsular rhexis with diameter of 4mm, 5mm, 5.5mm and 6mm. Rhexis diameter reconfirmed with Caliberated marked Iris repositer through the primary and side port incisions and postoperatively slit lamp guided measurement  is performed. The marked Phaco needle guides depth of embedding into the nucleus sclerosis.

Results
FABITOME Phaco procedure operated by 3 different Surgeons on 45 patients using 4 different forceps or 24G needles could achieve the required targeted dimensions in their patients with predictable Incision size, Capsular rhexis diameter and also a safe depth of penetration into different grades of Cataract with reference to the marked Phaco needle. Corneal incision width and tunnel length is measured with measuring gauges and caliper also observed to be consistent and repeatable in all Patients. 1st day Postoperative slitlamp measurement of the Capsular rhexis diameter also correlated with the corresponding caliberated forceps or 24G needle used for that particular case.

Conclusion
The FABITOME Phaco technique, facilitate any Phaco Surgeon beginner or an expert to perform a repeatable Caliberated Phaco Surgeries by creating a consistent  Clear Corneal Hyper square valvular Incisions,  measured Capsular rhexsis with marked Phaco tips for a safe depth of penetration while chopping by using your exsisting Phaco machine.
