Purpose
Evaluate results and bilateral refractive vision surgery patients Supracor©, this is a varifocal progressive algorithm, which takes into account the typical treatment approaches significantly improve them PresbyLASIK previously created, giving rise in the quality of vision and maintaining a very good vision at all distances.

Methods
This is a retrospective study of 23 patients randomized presbyopic and ametropias by far. Are tracked during the year2012-2013.Theaverage age is52.1years,ofwhom 60%were female and 40% male. The selection criteria were patients without previous ocular surgery,hyperopicof0.5Dto 3Dwith the addition of about1Dto 3D.

Results
The postoperative results of the manifest sphere and cylinder have average-0.55Dand-0.05Dper month,-0.46Dand-0.01Dto-0.46Dsixth monthandyearand0.00Drespectively.Theuncorrectedbinocular visual acuity for farpostoperativemonth17%of patients have a0.5or better and 20%achieved1.0, 42%of patients have a0.8or better and 56%stood at1.0at the sixth month post-operative, and 42%of patients have a0.5or better and 53%reached1.0per year postoperatively. Binocular visual acuity without correction for near, 22%of patients had0.63or better and 34%reached1.0 at postoperative month, 46%had0.8or better and 54%reached1.0at six months post-operative, and 48%had0.8or better and 52%reached1.0.

Conclusion
Supracor© is a safe and effective for the correction of presbyopia and other refractive errors. Furthermore, an increase in the quality of vision and near vision remains far and intermediate. The stability of treatment is from the sixth month after surgery.
