Purpose
IOL dislocation can require creative surgical techniques to reposition and/or suture the IOL into the desired location.  New techniques to reposition IOLs that have dislocated in either anterior or posterior directions and new suturing techniques to fixate the IOL will be described.

Conclusion
A dislocated IOL can reside anywhere between the anterior chamber and the posterior retinal surface.

We have developed previously unreported methods to relocate the IOL, as well as suturing methods to fixate the lens.
