Purpose
To evaluate a new technique - Pre Descemet's Endothelial keratoplasty (PDEK) for endothelial dysfunction secondary to pseudophakic bullous keratopathy and Fuch's dystrophy

Methods
10 eyes of 10 patients were included. All had pseudophakic bullous keratopathy. All underwent an endothelial keratoplasty using a new technique of PDEK. A graft consisting of he Pre- Descemet's layer, Descemet's membrane and endothelium were prepared by injecting a big bubble from the endothelial side. This was then used to perform an endothelial keratoplasty. Post-operative clinical and Functional Domain ASOCT fetaures were evaluated.

Results
The graft was successfully prepared in all cases. 1 case required rebubbling. In all other cases, the graft was attached and the cornea cleared in the post-operative period.

Conclusion
This new technique of endothelial keratoplasty showed promising results in the early post-operative period. A larger series with more number of cases is underway.
