Narrative Responses:

Purpose
To evaluate toric IOL outcomes after routine cataract surgery using VerifEye.

Methods
Retrospective chart review of patients who underwent routine phacoemulsification and toric IOL implantation using the ORA System with VerifEye to confirm IOL and axis of placement. Toric IOLs were calculated using the Acrysof Toric Calculator and intraoperatively compared to VerifEye.  The percentage of IOLs and axis of placement changed based on VerifEye will be calculated and outcome will be determined by evaluating the postoperative manifest refraction at least 3 weeks after surgery.

Results
A total of 30 eyes of 25 patients have been reviewed. Nineteen were changed based on VerifEye. Nine out of the 19 were changed to a lower toricity IOL while in 5 the toricity increased, and in the remaining 4, the IOL power was changed.  Detailed results will be presented.

Conclusion
Will be presented.
