Course Description
Course will describe a unique, complimentary model of effective leadership between the Managing Partner and Practice Administrator...the "Leadership Dyad"...and how to drive optimal staff performance through their synergy.  Participants will learn the value of developing personal and shared power as the keys to creating staff morale/accountability.
