Course will discuss practical strategies and techniques that will help an existing optical dispensary to perform above the national average in the major areas of dispensary performance.  Topics to be discussed include; benchmarks, capture rate, scripting, average unit sale, retail sales technique, cost of goods sold, and payroll.
