Course Description
Course will explore the rewards and potential pitfalls involved in adding an optometrist to a dispensing ophthalmology practice. Topics covered will include; recruiting, managing, supervising and compensating an employed OD. Emphasis will be on optimizing both MD and OD productivity and increasing overall practice revenues.
