Course Description
Course will define the strategic planning process, explain the importance of strategic planning, cover the steps of creating a strategic plan, debunk commonly held myths of strategic planning, and cover case studies on strategy.  This will be lecture format presented with a slide deck, with questions and answers at the end of the presentation.
