Course Description
Course will introduce the topic of scorecards and dashboard reports as they relate to the ophthalmic practice. The presenters will highlight some simple, easy-to-track performance metrics and case studies that every department in the practice can use to identify operational strengths and weaknesses in order to increase operational efficiency.
