Course Description
Course will review the relevant pharmacology and physiology of intracamerally and intravitreally applied agents including mydriatics, anesthetics, dyes, stains, OVDs, steroids, antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, and anti-VEGF agents. Topical antiseptic prophylaxis will be discussed. Potential risks of these agents, and compounding and regulatory issues will be discussed. A panel discussion will conclude the presentation.
