Course Description
Course will demonstrate using business analytics by capturing data in real time, in dashboard format for faster decision making. Will examine data by patient, staff, and doctor to monitor patient flow and optimize critical resources like number of exam rooms needed, staffing needs, doctor utilization, patient wait times, scheduling templates.
