Course will be a nuts-and-bolts guide for acquiring an ophthalmology practice.  What are the legal, tax, and valuation issues involved?   The target audience includes group practices seeking to acquire a competitor, as well as associate physicians seeking to establish their first practice.  Lecture with questions.
