Course Description
Course will address the legal and business issues involved with various ancillary businesses, such as ASC, optical, and real estate.  Brief discussion of equipment and management services entities.  Should these businesses be separately incorporated? Should non-physicians be part owners? How should each entity be valued? Lecture with question and answer period.
