Course Description
Course will highlight and explain key terms that should be (but are not always) found in every practice's agreements including those for separate real estate, ASC/laser surgery and optical shop entities. It reviews the most essential and fundamental provisions that should be regularly addressed (sometimes annually) to avoid business/legal disputes.
