Course will provide critical information to practices planning to add a new ophthalmologist and addresses typical contract provisions including compensation structures and potential co-ownership. (Part 1 of this course will address feasibility assessment, the recruitment process, selecting the best candidate, closing the deal, and arranging a smooth transition).
