Course Description
Course will provide an overview of clinical and business benchmarking, based on the OOSSMark Performance Metrics benchmarking survey.  Included will be discussion of how benchmarks measure and guide performance improvement. Results from prior benchmarking surveys will be presented and participants will learn how they can participate in the current survey.
