Course Description
Course will demonstrate extracapsular cataract extractions by large incision (ECCE) and small incision, which are routinely performed throughout the world. Understanding how to perform this surgery competently is crucial when faced with complications during phacoemulsification surgery, when involved with international ophthalmology, or when an ECCE approach may be a better choice for the patient.
