Synopsis & Educational Value
Course will discuss how to deal with erroneous entries in electronic medical records and other unintentional charting problems.  The consequences for compliance and reimbursement will be discussed, as well as practical strategies for reducing errors.

Learning Objectives
Attendees will learn how to fix errors in an EHR, learn ways to minimize chart errors, and learn consequences of errors in charting.
