Synopsis & Educational Value
Recommending the right IOL to a patient is an important responsibility. Course will describe the detailed work-up necessary for cataract patients to make this recommendation. The mechanism of action of toric, multifocal, and accommodative IOL's will be discussed. Problem solving post-operatively will also be outlined.

Learning Objectives
Attendee will describe components of pre-operative testing, identify best candidates for IOLs, and how to discuss with patients realistic expectations with various IOLs.
