Results
(25) eyes early presented with crab claw/pellucid like pattern.(4) eyes early presented with asymmetric bow tie with inferior steepening.(4) eyes first presented with inferior steep cone.(2) eyes presented early with superior steepness. 25 eyes underwent corneal collagen crosslinking (C3R) with riboflavin, followed by TICL in 3 eyes and ICL in one eye, 3 eyes had Intacs sk implantation, 2 eyes had deep anterior lamellar keratopasty ( DALK). 5 eyes skipped treatment and presented with progressive features of ectasia over 3 years.

Conclusion
Post lasik ectasia can present with various modalities of signs and symptoms, that necessitates proper discussion of the pros and cons with the patient and early intervention with the suitable corrective procedure.
