Purpose
To evaluate the outcomes after cataract surgery in patients with a history of INTRACOR for the correction of presbyopia

Methods
A retrospective chart review was performed on 5 eyes of 5 patients who had undergone cataract surgery with a history of INTRACOR. We evaluated refraction, visual outcomes of uncorrected distance & near visual acuity, satisfaction before surgery and 1 month after surgery

Results
Postoperative uncorrected near visual acuity was significantly improved compared to preoperative visual acuity. The patient’s overall satisfaction was good and there was no significant complications during the observation period

Conclusion
The cataract surgery as a enhancement tool was well-tolerated, stable and effective for treating patients with undercorrected presbyopia
