Pearl In the Eye—Intracameral Cysticercosis

Video captures two rare cases of live intracameral cysticercosis. It shows actively mobile cyst with in-exvaginating movements of scolex with changing light intensity and vividly elucidates the preferred viscoexpression technique for in toto cyst removal. The second case demonstrates the double incision technique used for the removal of a larger cyst from the anterior chamber.
