Anything Can Happen—Be Ready with Everything

An eye surgeon was about to operate on a 65-year-old man for brown cataract.  Before the surgeon began capsulorhexis creation, he found vitreous in the AC.  Hence, he abandoned the procedure and the patient was referred to us. The surgeon thought that PPV, would solve the problem but the outcome was different. The video shows the unexpected course and the solution.
