During hydrodissection iris prolapse sometimes occurs. It makes iris damage and causes difficulty.  Hydrodissection can also increase pressure in the anterior chamber which could lead to reverse pupillary block or rupture of the hyaloid face. These complications are completely protected by sleeved hydrodissection, which device is attached I/A silicon sleeve on the cannula.
