Video reports a case of acquired cataract in a 1-year-old child with early-onset uveitis. Multiple iris cysts were detected 1 month after cataract extraction. At first the cysts did not appear to be related to the traumatic surgical procedure. The challenging management included aspiration with associated multiple iridotomies and avoiding the surgical resection. Despite the conservative surgical approach, no recurrences were reported at 1-year follow-up.
