Video shows 2 main issues related to managing huge iridodialysis during phaco. The first issue is the wrong way of iris repositioning, which might lead to huge iridodialysis. The second issue is an interesting technique for managing this huge iridodialysis by fixing the iris periphery to its root at the anterior chamber angle using a double-armed 10-0 polypropylene suture with 2 straight needles.
