Bilateral Advanced Peripheral Ulcerative Keratitis—a Novel Surgical Approach

Video shows the technique of corneal crescent resection along with a hand-fashioned full thickness banana corneal and amniotic membrane graft in one eye with a temporal peripheral corneal melt and perforation, and a peripheral lamellar corneo-scleral and amniotic membrane graft in the other eye with a 360 degree peripheral corneal thinning with melt (contact lens cornea) in a 55 year old male.
