A 29-year-old man presented with a traumatic intracorneal cyst following a perilimbal pencil prick. He underwent deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty along with electrocauterization of the residual intracorneal tract in the host. A spontaneous Descemet's detachment was noted in the 7th day postoperatively for which he underwent deroofing of the perilimbal cyst along with a sclerocorneal patch graft leading to reattachment of the Descemet's membrane with excellent visual recovery.
