Because of human error a young male was treated using another patient's data leaving him with a refraction of +6.0 -9,5 x 84°, residual total corneal thickness of 263µm, flap striae and severe anisometropia. After contact lens fitting failed we transplanted a myopic/astigmatic lenticule from another patient, who received ReLEx FLEx surgery.  The video will explain and show the surgical procedure.
