Capsulorhexis-Assisted Anterior Levitation for Severely Subluxated Cataract Extraction by Phacoemulsification

We present a technique for the management of severely subluxated cataracts that involves the use of microforceps to grasp the anterior lens capsule, anteriorly levitating the subluxated lens and initiating the capsulorhexis.
