Video shows scleral fixation of an IOL via a microincision. Using a 2.4 mm incision, an enVista MX60 IOL (Bausch & Lomb) is delivered over the iris plane. Using the fenestrations as fixation points, the IOL is fixated to the sclera via docking a 27-gauge needle on a 10-0 polypropylene suture. The technique is relatively easy to learn, and given the aberration-free design of the optic, is relatively forgiving for mild decentration.
