This video describes the steps of a novel technique of semi-annular tuck in lamellar sclerokeratoplasty in a challenging case of advanced Terrien’s marginal degeneration with ninety percent thinning involving 270° of the peripheral cornea with a large perforation. The final outcome shows restored globe integrity with tectonic support to the markedly thinned out cornea, stabilization of astigmatism and potentially arrested disease process.
