Descemet-Stripping Endothelial Keratoplasty Over an Implantable Miniature Telescope

This film demonstrates a technique for performing Descemet’s stripping endothelial keratoplasty in an eye with an implantable miniature telescope (IMT). The surgeon uses a Sheets Glide to deliver the endothelial graft into position within the anterior chamber with minimal need for unfolding, thereby avoiding contact between the graft and the optic of the IMT.
