Purpose
This talk will demonstrate the use of streaming refractive data with intraoperative aberrometry during cataract surgery to improve visual outcomes.

Methods
A retrospective chart review of patients that have undergone intraoperative aberrometry using streaming refractive data will be presented along with a short video demonstrating this technique. Currently we have 10 study patients and should have further patients enrolled prior to ASCRS.

Results
We will present the outcomes on visual acuity, target outcomes, standard deviations, and complications related to streaming refractive data during intraoperative aberrometry.

Conclusion
Streaming refractive data during intraoperative aberrometry provides a safe and efficacious way to measure refractive data during cataract surgery. This technique may improve outcomes in cataract surgery.
