Purpose
To analyze all platforms to obtain a result of every lens performance and the different possibilities and benefits for the patient.

Methods
Each lens properties defocus curve and a comparative analysis among them are indicated in the study.

Results
Extended focus lens achieves the best results from 46 cms to farthest vision with no disphotopsic phenomenon and with a great subjective satisfaction.

Conclusion
A new optic for intraocular lenses appears giving an excellent satisfaction both patient and surgeon.
