Phaco in Keratoconus

Video shows a case of phaco emulsification cataract surgery with a clear corneal incision in a patient with severe keratoconus. The great difficulty lay in the extremely deep anterior chamber that truly made this a challenging case. In addition, an intrastromal corneal segment made visualization more difficult.
