Purpose
to present an intracorneally foldable intraocular lens implanted case during phacoacoemulsification surgery.

Methods
During phacoemulsification cataract surgery, while implantation of a monoblock foldable IOL by wound assisted technic with an IOL injector, the lens had been implanted into the cornea in another hospital. We removed the IOL by increasing corneal wound to 6 mm. Then we gave an air bubble into the anterior chamber and sutured the wound.

Results
After two days from the surgery, corneal edema of the eye began to decrease.

Conclusion
During wound assisted IOL implantation, IOL can be implanted intracorneally as a complication. In this stuation, the IOL must be remove gently and without giving additional damage to the cornea by increasing the entrance port.
