The haptics of a foldable IOL were sutured to the back surface of a foldable custom iris prosthesis. This prosthetic complex was fixated to the sulcus using the Hoffman technique for scleral fixation. Different from previous devices and iris reconstruction lense, the complex can be inserted through a 5.0 mm incision and provides a better cosmetic result.
