Purpose
To study contact lens assisted collagen crosslinking in keartoconic patients with thin corneas.
Methods
Patients who underwent contact lens assisted collagen crosslinking were included. Intraoperative pachymetry was done.
Results
Corneal pachymetry, specular microscopy and Orbscan were studied. Final results and conclusions will be revised by Jan 31 to be included in abstract CD and online.
Conclusion
CACXL is a safe and effective technique for cross linking thin corneas.
