Purpose
Laser-Blended-Vision (PRESBYOND) is a binocular simultaneous excimer laser technique to correct hyperopic presbyopia.

Methods
Twenty-three hyperopic presbyopic eyes were treated: dominant eye to zero - non-dominant eye to -1.5D.LASIK-cut was done with Carriazo-Barraquer microkeratome (130mµ flap-thickness,10 mm flap-diameter) and Carl-Zeiss-Meditec MEL 80 Excimer laser. Pre-postoperative-, 3-, 6-, 12 months results in safety, stability, predictability in this retrospective study were analyzed.

Results
Safety, predictability, stability are good. Patients needed postoperative no reading glasses. No night vision and contrast sensitivity problems were noted. Higher-order aberrations were less postoperatively.

Conclusion
Laser Blended Vision for Hyperopia is a customized binocular laser treatment for all presbyopic hyperopic distances with the advantage of micro-monovision and increase depth of field in both eyes. The dominant eye has good far and intermediate- the non dominant eye a good intermediate and near vision.
