This video demonstrates a novel technique of combining “quadruple” procedures: Descemet's stripping endothelial keratoplasty (DSEK), phacoemulsification, IOL implantation and simultaneous trabeculectomy with MMC in case of complex iridocorneal endothelial (ICE) syndrome. This technique may be helpful for the long term prognosis of graft, as well as controlling associated secondary glaucoma in ICE syndrome.
