Purpose
To study the postoperative outcome of pre-descemets endothelial keratoplasty with glued IOL.

Methods
Patients with deficient capsule and pseudophakicbullous keratopathy underwent pre-descemets endothelial keratoplasty with glued IOLs study design was prospective interventional case series postoperatively patients were evaluated for visual acuity, intraocular pressure, central corneal thickness, IOL centration clinically. Graft thickness was measured with OCT. Intraoperative and postoperative complications were recorded.

Results
Twelve eyes of 12 patients underwent  Pre-Descemets Endothelial Keratoplasty With Glued IOL. The mean age ranges from 50 to 75 years. The follow up period averages from 6to 8 months. There was significant improvement in BCVA. none of the eyes went for graft rejection. One patient had failed PDEK and Penetrating keratoplasty was performed. There was no significant changes in the pre  and post operative intraocularpressure. 2 patients had shallow detachment which went for air injection and settled.

Conclusion
Glued IOL when combined with pre-descemets endothelial keratoplasty with glued IOL showed minimum postoperative complications and satisfactory results.
